This role offers the opportunity for a mid-level to senior associate to work on complex, high-value transactions within the insurance sector, collaborating with a market-leading team and building strong client relationships.

The team specialises in advising on a wide range of corporate transactions within the insurance industry across Europe. Work includes public and private M&A, Part VII transfers, cross-border deals, portfolio acquisitions, and specialist transactions such as renewal rights and reinsurance arrangements. In addition, the team provides strategic guidance on corporate governance, listed company issues, and equity capital markets transactions. With expertise covering life and general insurance, Lloyd's of London, and the rapidly evolving InsurTech sector, the firm offers unparalleled support to clients navigating complex regulatory frameworks.

To be considered, you will have a strong academic background, experience from a top-tier City or international firm and exceptional drafting and communication skills.
