The Role
Based out of the firm's growing Glasgow office, you will be joining a team that frequently ranks first in Scotland for corporate activity.
The forward-thinking team handles an impressive range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, and corporate restructuring.
You will work closely with top-quality clients spanning a range of sectors, delivering strategic advice and innovative solutions while contributing to the firm's continued growth.
As a leader within this business you will be encouraged to have agency over your career. You will be supported to get out and meet clients and develop your own presence in the market as you progress to becoming a go-to name in the Scottish Corporate scene.

The Ideal Candidate
- Is an experienced corporate lawyer (5+ PQE) who brings an entrepreneurial, innovative and practice-building mindset
- Commercially focused and ambitious
- Has strong attention to detail and organisation
- First-rate interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Strong business development skill set
