NEW 2025: .. ideally 2-5 but 1 PQE is ok for this 'new to London' firm, with top compensation $$.  As one of best US firms, it is rare we do junior to mid level work, but for this stellar US firm we are .. this firm has 'landed' by the hire of some corporate superstars from another major US firm.  This super popular global practice that is embedded into the US economy and political land scape and is part of the absolute elite circle of corporate finance work.  It is now starting the fresh look-out for a junior mid level lawyer (possibly senior) that is either currently working in the UK or US corporate world. 

Work experience can include: Corporate .. Private Equity .. M&A .. it is likely you will come from a US or Silver or Magic Circle firm.
