This Top 25 Firm is seeking a motivated and experienced Employment Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join their expanding Employment team in Leeds as a Senior Associate.

The Role

This role is well suited to an Employment solicitor who is keen to take on a varied and exciting caseload of both contentious and non-contentious matters.

As part of this Legal 500 Tier 1 Ranked Employment team, you will gain exposure to a plethora of employment issues, from providing general advice and HR support to supporting strategic projects, high-profile tribunal work, TUPE, collective matters and much more.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Is an ambitious Employment Solicitor (5+PQE) who can turn their hand to all things employment law
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • Manage a varied caseload with a range of clients
  • Has strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Is well organised and can prioritise efficiently
