COMMERCIAL PROPERTY LOCUM - BRISTOL
An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Locum to assist a well-respected Bristol based firm.
Our client is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor / Legal Executive to join their successful team on an interim basis.
You will handle a full Commercial property caseload including matters ranging from the acquisition and disposal of land and buildings, Landlord and Tenant lease transactions and providing commercial property support to corporate transactions
You will be 7+ PQE with extensive Commercial Property experience and prior experience managing a complex caseload with minimal supervision.
The firm are seeking locum support ASAP for 3+ months whilst they recruit on a permanent basis.
This role is opened as a full-time role but there is flexibility to explore part-time hours. There is scope to explore a mix of in office and remote working.
This role is paying a competitive hourly rate and is outside IR35.
