This practice seeks a Leasehold Enfranchisement Senior Solicitor 7+ PQE to join its Legal 500 accredited department, with genuine prospects for progression.
The Leasehold enfranchisement team deals with an excellent quality of work.
This includes; Collective enfranchisement, group statutory and voluntary lease extensions, issues facing property management and the right to manage.
Your caseload will be varied, and you will be working alongside highly-ranked Solicitors & Partners.
