As part of this market-leading team, you will handle complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes across a range of high-value commercial matters, including:

• Shareholder, company, and insolvency-related litigation
• Fraud, asset tracing, and enforcement proceedings
• Trust and fiduciary disputes
• Regulatory investigations and contentious financial services matters

You will work closely with global clients, including major financial institutions, corporates, and UHNW individuals, delivering strategic and commercially focused legal solutions.

To be considered, it is expected that the successful applicant will match the following criteria: 

• 3+ PQE with strong commercial litigation and dispute resolution experience
• Commonwealth qualification (UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada)
