AVIATION / SPACE FINANCE 1-4 PQE

This is a broad and exciting, cutting edge role involving in the drafting and negotiation of finance, leasing and aircraft trading documents, conducting due diligence and legal research, and providing analysis and support on various aspects of transportation and aviation asset finance transactions. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to continuously develop your knowledge and expertise in aviation and asset finance, while working on market-leading transactions. There will also be opportunities to contribute to client and marketing events.

You will work closely with a team of highly successful legal specialists in transportation and aviation finance. Collaboration will extend to partners, and other associates within the team, as well as clients and external stakeholders. You will gain extensive experience in international financing, leasing, and sale transactions involving aircraft and satellites.

The work will be challenging and complex and will suit an intelligent and ambitious lawyer looking to work at the highest level and be compensated accordingly.
