Corporate Associate (2PQE) - Bristol
A dynamic and forward-thinking UK law firm is seeking an ambitious Corporate Associate with at least 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join its growing team in Bristol. The firm is known for its innovative approach, delivering exceptional client service across a diverse portfolio, including multinational corporations, SMEs, and start-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on a range of corporate matters, including transaction structuring, due diligence, and drafting key legal documents.
- Assisting in managing corporate transactions from start to finish, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conducting detailed legal research and analysis, providing clear and concise reports and recommendations.
- Collaborating closely with clients, colleagues, and external partners to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Staying up-to-date with corporate law developments, advising clients on compliance and corporate governance.
- Contributing to business development efforts, including networking and writing articles to enhance the firm's visibility.
About the Candidate:
- A minimum of 2 years PQE in a corporate team at a respected law firm.
