The Role

As a key member of this L500-ranked department, you will take on a diverse caseload of Share sales, Asset sales, Mergers & Acquisitions, Shareholder and Investment Agreement and much more.

Clients range from local and national owner managed businesses and SME sized business, from start-ups to established companies.

You'll thrive in a collaborative and supportive environment while also demonstrating the confidence to work independently. This role provides an excellent platform to deepen your expertise inCorporate, with a competitive salary and genuine opportunities for career development and progression.

Requirements:

  • Corporate Solicitor 1-3 PQE
  • Proven ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Strong business development skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
