This well-established law firm boasts a strong presence in the Northwest and is highly regarded for its comprehensive range of legal services. Our client is currently seeking a Deputy Head of Real Estate and Operations to collaborate closely with the Head of Department.
Your new role
As the Deputy Head of Real Estate, you will be a central figure in the Real Estate department, working closely with the Head of Department to drive performance, strategy, and processes. Your key responsibilities will encompass overseeing recruitment, operations, team and individual performance and business development. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the department's success and growth.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in a similar position, with exceptional knowledge and understanding of conveyancing law. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and possess strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in IT, excellent organisational abilities, and the capacity to handle complex issues under pressure are crucial.
