The Role
The firm is looking for an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience to join their expanding property disputes team. You'll have the opportunity to handle a broad spectrum of property litigation matters, from residential to commercial disputes, working on high-profile cases with varying complexity. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse and varied caseload of property litigation matters, ranging from residential to commercial disputes.
  • Provide exceptional client service, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Draft legal documents, advise clients on strategy, and represent them in hearings and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with a supportive and driven team, contributing to the department's ongoing success.
  • Focus on delivering practical, cost-effective solutions for clients while ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE and solid experience in property litigation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong client relationships.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a keen focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with impeccable attention to detail.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
