New 2025: Caribbean junior role .. Commercial Litigation ..  a rare junior role for us at EW, but this is an ongoing mandate with this particular offshore firm.  This Global practice is thriving at the moment and will be coming into 2025 full of energy and gusto!  As a junior assistant or associate (you MUST be 3 PQE and over due to immigration) you will have bags of energy and a 'want' to get in to the DR Litigation market and run your own cases with expert offshore and US partner assistance. This is a partner led environment, with lots of safety nets for the first few years.  Matters will include: all kinds of commercial litigation matters at a good level.  Also insolvencies: to include administrations, liquidations (solvent or insolvent) and bankruptcies; acquisitions of insolvent businesses and assets from IPs; litigation and asset tracing and all the R&I trappings.  The role also covers work Globally as this firm's reach is now truly global with offices in several countries.
