This prestigious Top 25 firm is looking for a dynamic and experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor (4+ PQE) to step into a Managing Associate role within their thriving Leeds Commercial team.

The role
As a Managing Associate, you will assume a key position within this prestigious, Tier 1-ranked Commercial Disputes team. Collaborating closely with the department's Legal 500-recognised UK and international partners, who are renowned for their generous mentorship, you will have the opportunity to thrive and progress during this crucial stage of your career.
This role offers exposure to a diverse and high-calibre workload, focusing on major Commercial Litigation matters with FTSE100 clients. As a senior team member, you will enjoy the fulfilling responsibility of mentoring and supporting junior solicitors, while also being encouraged to participate in bespoke training programmes to advance your own professional development.

The Ideal Candidate
- Is a talented lawyer with at least 4+ years of relevant PQE
- Can manage a varied caseload and work with a range of clients
- Is comfortable engaging in business development activity
- Enjoys a team environment and supporting junior colleagues in their development
- Is commercially aware and knowledgeable about the current construction law landscape
