Job Details

I have been instructed by one of the top firms in Warwickshire that are looking for an experienced qualified conveyancer or residential property solicitor to join their team and take on an active caseload of sale and purchase files, and to supervise a team consisting of 3 fee earners and 3 support staff.

This is a perfect opportunity for either an experienced manager, or senior legal professional looking to take their first step into management.

The successful candidate can expect to take on a caseload consisting of:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Lease Extensions
  • Remortgages
  • Transfers
  • Equity Release
  • First Registration
The successful candidate will primarily focus on fee earning in their own right in the first instance whilst taking on some supervisory responsibilities, but will gradually move into a more formal leadership position as the senior leadership team look to continue their policy of succession planning.

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
Flexible working options available
