The team advise on a range of funds finance work for both lenders and sponsors/borrowers with the new joiner advising on a variety of fund structures and partnership documents. The firm's client base consists of high-end investment banks, funds, corporates and governments advising on headline-making work across the globe. This prestigious practice is well-known as an excellent place to work offering a close-knit, collegiate culture, the chance to advise on the most exciting transactions in the field and a more agreeable work/life balance than most funds practices in the City.

The firm are looking for an individual with a minimum of six years of post-qualification experience within a leading regional, City or Magic Circle law firm. A strong academic record is required to be considered.
