Position: Commercial Litigation Associate/Senior Associate 
Salary: Up to £75,000 
Location: Bristol 

I'm looking to connect with experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitors who are interested in joining a well-regarded Legal 100 firm in Bristol, as they continue to grow. In this role, you'll get to handle a variety of commercial disputes—everything from contract issues and professional negligence to intellectual property, fraud, procurement, and shareholder disputes. Their clients come from diverse industries, so you'll never have a dull day. The current Bristol team is made up of 12 experienced fee-earners, with a number of Partners from Top Tier London law firm experience. 

You’ll manage your own caseload while also supporting senior team members on more complex cases. The work will span across various dispute resolution matters, and you'll have the chance to contribute to business development efforts as well. 

Ideally, you’ll have at least 5 years PQE in commercial litigation. Being proactive, adaptable, and well-organised will set you up for success in this role. Excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering top-tier client service, and an interest in growing as a litigator in a friendly and supportive team are key qualities!
