Role Overview:

A superb spot has arisen for talented and ambitious mid-level Commercial/Chancery Barristers to join a leading disputes practice in the British Virgin Islands. This role offers the chance to work on high-profile, complex cases involving insolvency, fraud, asset tracing, director and shareholder disputes, trust and estate litigation, and broader corporate and commercial disputes.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in tackling challenging legal issues while contributing to the firm's continued success and reputation for excellence in the jurisdiction.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Experience: 3–7 years of call at a leading commercial/chancery chambers or a well-regarded onshore/offshore law firm, with substantial exposure to complex disputes.
• Admission: BVI and/or England & Wales.
• Advocacy Skills: Exceptional advocacy abilities, capable of handling high-pressure cases with precision and confidence.
• Academics: Strong academic credentials, reflecting a proven track record of legal excellence.
• Attributes: A team player with proactive and self-motivated approach, possessing the ability to assume significant responsibility from the outset.
