Our client, a highly regarded law firm with a strong presence in the Northwest, offers a comprehensive range of legal services and is renowned for its client-focused approach. Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking an experienced Insolvency Paralegal to join their dynamic team.

Your new role
In your new role as an Insolvency Paralegal, you'll be an essential part of the team, managing insolvency cases from start to finish. You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging cases, providing expert support to solicitors and contributing to the firm's continued success.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll need at least 12 months of relevant experience in insolvency law, along with a strong understanding of insolvency processes and legislation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently, proficiency in legal research and document drafting, strong organisational skills, and a proactive, client-focused approach are essential.
