Job Details
Real Estate is a core practice to the firm that is fully dedicated to continued growth within the Social Housing group. The property group outperformed the rest of the firm in 2023 and they expect this to be the case for 2024.
The team is on most Housing Association panels so there is considerable work to pick up, however as a mark of credibility they would expect some portable business. Being the most visible sector for the firm, the clients are longstanding and loyal.
