This highly regarded Legal 500 heavyweight practice have a reputation for dealing with a very affluent client base of HNW individuals and institutional and entrepreneurial client base. They are now seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE to join in Brighton, East Sussex.

The Role:
This Chambers ranked outfit are now seeking to expand with Commercial Property Solicitor (4+ years PQE)
The Commercial Property team has a wealth of experience and operates across several offices. They punch well above their weight and deal with a very broad range of work across a number of industry sectors, this variety will make for a much more interesting role.
The real estate team supports both commercial property clients and private owners in the South East. Together they provide in-depth expertise on every aspect of property law to businesses, land owners, developers, care home managers, charities, local authorities and others.
They advise not only on buying and selling commercial freeholds and granting leases, but also on disposals or leasings of new buildings that often involve complex construction and financing arrangements.
Requirements & Salary:
- You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with 4+ years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of PQE)
- This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.
- Strong communication skills are essential
- Salary is market rate and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus an excellent benefits package.
