REAL ESTATE 3-4PQE - INT'L FIRM - GOOD W/L BALANCE (£130k+)

We are working closely with this expanding international firm in London that is looking to recruit a bright 3-4PQE Real Estate Associate.

The current team is made up of 3 Partners, 3 Special Counsels, 1 Senior Associate, 1 Associate and 1 Trainee, leaving space to recruit at the midlevel. This role will include working for all 3 partners, advising on acquisitions and disposals, investment and development, financing, landlord and tenant, corporate real estate and public sector matters.

The team promotes a friendly and collaborative culture and has real entrepreneurial spirit. Associates enjoy high levels of responsibility and client contact and are encouraged to play an active role in BD. The team also promotes a good work / life balance, with the bonus kicking in at just 1500 hours whilst still being able to offer very competitive salaries.

The successful candidate will ideally be 3-4PQE and will have gained experience working for a recognised Real Estate practice.
