The role :
In line with growth plans, this Top 100 firm is seeking a robust Commercial Litigation Partner to diversify its offering from Oxford.
The role is suitable for an established Commercial Litigation Partner, or an ambitious and well-connected Senior Associate/Managing Associate/Legal Director who is looking to make the move up to Partnership.
You will already have a client following, but what makes this opportunity so interesting is the existing flow of work ready to be handed over together with an abundance of cross-referral work to be properly capitalised on. Therefore, for the right person, there is a bright and lucrative future to be had at this firm.
Aside from fee-earning and leading on complex disputes, they're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who can deepen existing relationships and diversify new ones. You'll also show leadership qualities and have a say in the strategic direction of the practice whilst supporting juniors with their development.
Manage team performance, develop yourself and others, and uphold firm values. Ensure financial and non-financial KPIs are met, using data to monitor performance. Maintain profitability through effective cost management and billing practices.
