Job Details
Our client, a well-regarded international law firm, is looking to recruit a mid-level Lawyer to join their busy and growing Construction & Infrastructure team in London. The role will focus primarily on non-contentious construction matters, involving drafting, negotiating, and advising on construction contracts for major international infrastructure and energy projects, as well as UK-based real estate development and public sector projects. The team regularly works with JCT, NEC, and FIDIC forms of contract and advises on contract strategy, procurement, and financing.
Our client would particularly like to hear from Lawyers with 2-3 years of PQE, and experience gained in a recognised construction team. A solid understanding of construction law, strong drafting skills, and familiarity with standard industry contracts are essential. The ideal candidate will also be commercially minded, highly organised, and a strong team player.
