The Role :
Due to an exciting surge in work, the firm is seeking an Employment Associate Solicitor with 1 year PQE to join its high-performing team in Reading. You will work on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, assisting both employers and employees. Your responsibilities will include:
- Dismissals, terminations, and discrimination claims
- Tribunal representation
- Redundancies and restructuring advice
- Providing high-quality advisory work for a wide range of clients, from small start-ups to large national corporations
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise, working alongside leading lawyers in the field and gaining exposure to top-tier work.
What You'll Bring :
- 1 + year PQE in Employment Law
- Prior experience in a reputable employment team, dealing with a variety of employment law matters
