PRIVATE WEALTH / PRIVATE TAX c.3-5pqe

This long established firm are seeking a 3+pqe private client associate to join their well regarded team. They have a strong domestic and international client base and specialise in providing trusts and tax structuring advice to UNHW individuals and entrepreneurs.

They advise clients with a diverse asset base, including international businesses, luxury or 'trophy' assets including art, yachts, aircraft and classic cars, and traditional landed estates. This will often be in relation to their cross border private and business assets and much of the advice given is bespoke

They seek a mid-level solicitor to advise on a range of tax, long-term asset protection/risk management and family/business governance. You must have experience of complex wealth holding and family office structures and associated tax issues. Knowledge and experience of trusts and wealth structures in other jurisdictions in both common or case law is also essential. The firm is known for being a friendly and supportive place to work and training and long term career prospects will be excellent.
