The Role:

This Top Tier Legal 500 accredited firm seeks a 7+ PQE Property Litigation Associate Solicitor to join its expanding team.

The Property resolution team is acknowledged as a well-respected commercial operation.

This practice attracts a significant amount of high-quality work, including but is not limited to; The caseload will be broad but include; Professional negligence, Dilapidation claims, Contract disputes, Arbitration, Mediation, Landlord and tenant disputes, Break notices, Termination of leases and Possession.

Requirements, Salary & Benefits:

  • You will be a Property Dispute Resolution Senior Lawyer with 7+ relevant years PQE
  • You will be a dynamic and personable individual
  • You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
  • You will be comfortable in managing/developing client relationships and enjoy working in a client-facing position.
  • Salary is competitive, negotiable and dependent upon your level of experience. They are looking for long-term hires and pay well for the right candidate.
