The Role
As a Contentious Trusts and Probate Solicitor, you will manage a broad range of high-value and complex disputes, including:
- Challenges to the validity of wills
- Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
- Executor and trustee disputes
- Disputes involving lifetime gifts and proprietary estoppel
- Advising beneficiaries, trustees, and personal representatives
You will also contribute to business development initiatives, enhancing the firm's reputation in this specialised area of law.
Who We're Looking For:
- A qualified solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE in contentious trusts and probate matters.
- Exceptional communication and client care skills, with a compassionate and tailored approach.
- Proven ability to effectively manage a busy and varied caseload.
- A proactive and commercially minded attitude towards business development and team collaboration.
