Commercial IP/IT Lawyers

Our client, an elite NY law firm, is seeking an exceptional mid-level Associate to join its IP/IT Transactional Group based in London. The role will involve advising on high-value and complex corporate and commercial transactions across a diverse range of sectors and industries, spanning advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, music industry licensing and IP advice, household name brand licensing and sports team sponsorships, technology aspects of significant M&A transactions, software development and licensing, high-end luxury goods and hospitality, consumer products, and fashion.

The successful candidate will be England & Wales qualified, and will have trained at a top City firm or specialist boutique practice. Stellar academics, a stable career record, and a background in transactional IP and technology work with commercial contracts and IP licensing experience are essential. Experience in AI and emerging technologies advisory work (including AI and digital services regulation) as well as data protection (GDPR/UK DPA) will be advantageous.
