The Role:
Due to increased workflow, this Legal 500 firm seeks a Corporate & Commercial Partner to join their flourishing West-End outfit.
The Corporate & Commercial team are looking for a knowledgeable and competent Associate to assist in driving forward the department and servicing their high-quality client base. This role will involve working alongside a highly experienced and reputable team; you will be given an excellent level of investment and guidance to develop your knowledge and progress further.
This firm is established in all departments; however, the Corporate & Commercial department is unquestionably exciting at this moment.
The Corporate & Commercial department deals with an excellent quality of work, including but not limited to establishing businesses, Joint Ventures, Mergers & Acquisitions, Disposals, management buy-outs and buy-ins and more.
This is a busy and growing department that provides a fantastic opportunity to progress further in your career.
Requirements:
- You will be a Corporate & Commercial Partner
- You will be a dynamic and personable individual
- You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- You will be comfortable in managing/developing client relationships and enjoy working in a client-facing position
