Role: Residential Conveyancer (Hybrid working)
Salary: £35,000 to £45,000
Location: Derby pus Hybrid

Are you an experienced conveyancer ready to elevate your career? CRA Consulting has partnered with a pioneering conveyancing firm seeking ambitious professionals to join their cutting-edge team in Derby.
Our client stands at the forefront of the conveyancing industry and is part of a large national network. They're transforming the home-moving experience through a unique, people-centered approach and advanced technology, setting a new standard in client service and operational excellence.
The Role & Opportunity:
After completing an intensive 2-week training program tailored to ensure you're fully prepared, you'll integrate into one of their high-performing conveyancing teams. You'll be entrusted with a diverse caseload, including freehold, leasehold, newbuild, and shared ownership transactions, matched to your experience and strengths.
In addition to a competitive salary, this position offers a robust bonus structure, with top performers earning an additional £2,000 - £5,000 annually. This is more than just a job; it's an opportunity for personal and professional growth within a firm that offers a clear, structured career path.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the full sale/purchase process, working closely with clients, mortgage brokers, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
* Build strong relationships through proactive communication and regular progress updates.
* Deliver exceptional client service to maintain the firm's high standards.
* Identify and manage risks, ensuring both client protection and regulatory compliance.
* Maintain organized files, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and legal regulations.
* Draft and issue contract documents, handle sale enquiries, review search results, and manage transactions to completion.
* Coordinate with mortgage lenders on fund transfers, handle contract exchanges, and oversee the legal completion process.
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in conveyancing, with a proven ability to manage a personal caseload.
* Exceptional client service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.
* High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
