THE ROLE
Trust & Estate Disputes UK qualified solicitor with ideally 2 - 4 PQE
You will focus on Contentious Trusts & Estates specifically (so not a hybrid role of CTE and general commercial litigation).
ABOUT YOU
The candidate will have specialist CTE knowledge (estate/trusts/Court of Protection).
The firm has an agile working policy that requires its lawyers in the office 2 - 3 days a week as a minimum with 4 days initially for the first 4 weeks, and then revert
Chargeable hours are 1300.
