Solicitor – Commercial Property- East Anglia with hybrid working

Role

• Covering all aspects of Commercial Property work including residential developments, for clients ranging from individuals to PLCs 
• Advising clients on complex documentation, acquisition and disposals of both freehold and leasehold premises, landlord and tenant matters 
• Managing your own caseload, preparing documents, reports, and searches
• Attending business development events, cultivating new business

You

• You will be 3+ PQE 
• The successful candidate will be joining a busy, hardworking team and will be expected to deliver exceptional client service
• Have previous experience in Commercial Property law and preferably residential development sites 
• Excellent client and team communication skills
