Location: Camberley

Salary: £70,000-£80,000

PQE Level: 5+ PQE

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

We are working with a fantastic Surrey and Berkshire firm are seeking a proactive Head of Property to lead their growing property department. This role requires a strong leader with at least 4 years' experience in residential conveyancing post qualification. Advantageous, but not a requirement is some experience in commercial conveyancing.

As a fully qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer, you will manage a team, develop strategies, and ensure high client care standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the property team.
  • Handle legal matters related to property transactions.
  • Advise clients on legal issues, finances, and contracts.
  • Drive business development and foster local contacts.
  • Support and develop junior staff members.
  • Integrate legal technology into the department.
  • Maintain excellent communication and client care.
