Sole Legal Counsel

A well-established Bank is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their team on a permanent basis. The role will involve handling a mixture of regulatory, compliance, corporate and employment matters.

Salary £80-90k (per annum)

The successful candidate will be required to attend the office 5 days a week (London).

Hybrid working is not an option.  

The role:

-              Mitigating risks of Litigation by ensuring that the bank follows statutory and regulatory procedures.

-              Reviewing and updating standard bank documents.

-              Assisting with company secretarial duties

-              Corporate governance

-              Providing advice on employment regulations and law

Ideal candidate:

-              3 years PQE +

-              In-house experience gained within financial services  

-              Law degree
