Job Details
We have an excellent opportunity to join our client within the financial services sector, who are a growing international brokerage. The successful candidate will join the team as a Senior Legal Counsel focused on corporate M&A matters based out of their Dubai HQ, working closely with the CLO.
This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to join an in-house function and a collegiate team, where you will be expected to lead and perform corporate M&A duties. Key responsibilities include negotiating and drafting a range of corporate contracts, as well as acting on international joint ventures and cross-border M&A.
You must have at least 5 years' experience working for a leading international law firm and/or from in-house teams at an international brokerage. Candidates will also have a common law qualification from the UK, New Zealand, or Australia (or that thereof an equivalent jurisdiction).
