Our client is a national firm with a supportive culture and a very strong reputation for private client work.

The firm is looking for a Court of Protection Associate to join their successful team in Bristol.

As an experienced Court of Protection Lawyer, you will be advising those with mental incapacity, dealing with a wide variety of matters including dealing with applications for statutory Wills as well as managing financial affairs and set up of personal care arrangements.  This role will include providing Court of Protection deputyship support, managing the affairs for a number of individuals under registered EPAs and LPAs, preparing and submitting non-contentious COP applications and providing advice on care fee planning.

The ideal candidate will be commercially focused whilst having the passion to work with people who lack capacity to make decisions for themselves. This is an excellent opportunity offering interesting, meaningful work, great flexibility and clear scope for future career development.
