Job Details

Your new company

This Manchester law firm can offer a refreshing and different approach for a talented corporate lawyer.

Your new role

Joining an established team, this corporate lawyer role will enable you to work for a law firm with a demonstrably different ethos. You can look forward to advising a stellar client list on M&A, corporate structuring and reorganisations, joint ventures and equity incentive arrangements both within the UK and on a cross border basis. Working across a national team, you will be able to partner closely with key clients.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a corporate lawyer operating at Senior Associate or Legal Director level. The firm can offer a variety of career development routes and is keen to hear from lawyers who are either capable technically and/or strong at business relationship building.

What you'll get in return

Despite promising some of the best work around, and although rare for a corporate role of this nature, you can expect to enjoy a genuinely good work/life balance. This is one of the best corporate roles in the Manchester market for a corporate lawyer keen to make a genuinely different career move. The salary and benefits package is truly first rate and will not disappoint.
