Banking & Finance Lawyer, 1-3 PQE, London

Our client's international Banking and Finance team operates as one entity, acting for banks, other lenders, financial institutions, government agencies and corporates on complex and innovative transactions across the globe. Renowned for its extensive experience across the Finance sector, lawyers are known for their technical expertise, pragmatic advice and solutions-focussed approach.

This new broad role at the 1-3 PQE level will incorporate the firm's varying sectors of focus, acting for both borrowers and lenders in relation to:

• Acquisition and leveraged finance: acting on all aspects of cross border and domestic leveraged acquisition finance
• Corporate lending: secured and unsecured lending work, syndicated and bilateral loan agreements and asset finance.
• ESG and Sustainable finance
• Funds finance
• Real estate finance: lawyers act for both lenders and borrowers and cover the full range of financing and funding transactions, including bank financings, securitisations and mortgage portfolio transfers. Advice includes tax structuring, for example to mitigate stamp duty liability.
• Restructuring and special situations
• Trade and commodity finance: across the whole spectrum of trade and commodity finance products, including financing and monetisation of commodities in production, transit and storage, receivables financing, export credit agency-backed financings and trade finance instruments.
