The role


This highly esteemed firm are seeking a Music Senior Associate / Partner, in the capacity of succession planning. You will join their office in the heart of the West End of London.

  • The Managing Partner is due to retire in the next 2 years. They manage a high-performing team, however there is a PQE gap at the senior end meaning that they need to look externally for the right successor.
  • You will in time take over from the Managing Partner, inheriting their industry leading client base. As such, because of the scale of the opportunity on offer the firm is looking for the right, ambitious and dynamic individual.
  • The caseload is fully music law, acting on the artist side, in a non-contentious perspective.
  • You will work as a Music Lawyer in a well-known practice. You should be at least 8 years PQE and have a good business development and billings track record.
  • Salary will be competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience and background.
  • For the right candidate, this role comes with good prospects to join the equity partnership
