The role

The firm is seeking to hire a Property Litigation Partner into their impressive and modern office based in the heart of the West End of London.

Growing Department: You'll collaborate closely with a couple of other highly regarded Property Litigation Partners, as well as the wider litigation and real estate departments, you will lead a team of junior lawyers.

Varied Caseload: The currently work is a split of HNW residential and commercial property litigation. Work will include but not be limited to; Landlord and tenant disputes, Lease renewals, Rent arrears, Dilapidation claims, Boundary disputes, Rights of way issues and service charge disputes.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping strategy and planning for the department while actively mentoring and developing junior colleagues to help them reach their potential. The work is diverse and cutting-edge.

You should be an ambitious candidate that relishes in the challenge of being at the forefront of building and developing this construction department

Requirements

• You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor with at least 7 years+ PQE
• You should ideally have good experience in business development
• Salary will be market leading, depending on your background, plus an exceptional benefits package
