THE ROLE:
In this role, you will be part of the Motability RTA team, dealing with a diverse caseload that includes complex and litigated claims, such as OIC, MOJ, and intricate Fast Track cases. Your responsibilities will involve delivering high-quality legal advice, effectively handling these varied claims, and maintaining a strong commitment to client-focused service. This position offers hybrid working arrangements with 2 days from the office and 3 days from home.
THE CANDIDATE:
This role is best suited to candidates with a minimum of 12 months’ previous experience in PI work, excellent rapport building skills and outstanding interpersonal skills. You will have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects with the ability to work on your own initiative. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision. Good organisational and strong IT skills are essential to be successful in this role.
