The Role
This Legal 500 team conduct some of the most highly impactful deals on the national stage and as such, you will gain exposure to exciting and innovative work with a diverse range of clients, from FTSE100 entities to cutting-edge start-ups.
You will provide tailored solutions and expert advice on the full range of Corporate activity, including but not limited to M&A, JV, scale-ups, funding, public listings, private equity investments and restructuring.
With renowned colleagues, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical and client relation skills while helping to cement the company's reputation as a leader in the Edinburgh Corporate market.
The successful candidate will be in an enviable position to develop market-leading expertise in Corporate and take a significant and exciting step forward in their career.
The Ideal Candidate
- Is an ambitious individual with a minimum of 5 years PQE in Corporate
- Experience specifically in M&A, private equity and JV transactions
- Excellent verbal/written communicator with first-rate interpersonal skills
- Has a proactive, innovative and value-adding mindset
