A leading national firm is looking to hire an associate to join their renowned employment practice in their Reading office.

The team takes on a range of high-level matters, both contentious and non-contentious, for a sophisticated clientele. The work varies from the technology and education sectors to financial services and charities. The firm offers one of the highest salaries in the market and the associate will benefit from both the chance to work with leading fee-earners in the region and an unobstructed progression track.

The firm is seeking lawyers with six years' post-qualification experience in employment law from a reputable city or regional firm, ideally with experience with Employers, Senior Executives and HR. A strong academic background is also required for this role.
