Competition Litigation Associate

The leading Competition Litigation practice at this US law firm has a new opportunity in its team for a Competition Litigation associate who will be in the 1 – 4 PQE range. The cases and investigations will be varied, complex, often high profile and international in nature. Responsibilities will entail acting for both claimants and defendants in the English courts and for undertakings under investigation by British and European competition and digital markets regulators. It includes standalone and follow-on litigation as well as appeals and judicial reviews. Upwards of 1 year’s pqe in Competition litigation gained at a successful Competition practice, excellent technical skills and a stellar academic track record are criteria. The firm works hard to foster an inclusive culture which is sensitive to staff wellbeing, diversity and equality. There is exceptional investment in training and development and supportive and clear guidance is provided around a successful career path.
