TITLE: Healthcare Regulatory Lawyer (Legal Director)
LOCATION: London
PQE: 5+
SALARY: £85-95K DOE
THE ROLE:
As Legal Director, you will lead and inspire a team of legal professionals, taking responsibility for managing workloads, mentoring team members, and ensuring exceptional delivery of services. Your focus will be on fitness to practise cases - managing your own cases as well as guiding the team in navigating their own cases.
You will also act as a key point of contact for clients, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister with significant experience in healthcare regulation and fitness to practise cases. You should be able to demonstrate proven management experience, with a talent for inspiring and developing high-performing teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders is essential.
