We are seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer for our client, a progressive firm in Woking. This role is perfect for a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 8+ years of PQE in private client work, specifically in Wills, Trusts & Estates Planning (WTEP).
This firm is renowned for its client-focused approach and you will manage a diverse caseload, including wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate administration, providing strategic advice to high-net-worth individuals and families. You will also play a key role in business development and mentoring junior team members.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, excellent client management skills, and a proactive approach. STEP qualification is preferred but not essential.
