THE ROLE
The firm has a new role for a Corporate Real Estate Solicitor 5+ PQE to join a fast growing and successful City based department
As a member of a well respected Corporate Real Estate team, you will be handling a high profile client facing workload
This will include;
The sale and purchase of companies, unit trusts and other entities which own interests in real estate investments,
Advising businesses with extensive real estate interests, joint ventures and co-investment arrangements.
Public and private fund raising
The work will have a focus on the real estate, hotels, hospitality and private wealth sectors.
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for the exceptional opportunity, you will have:
Exceptional technical and leadership skills
Client care and business development experience
A solid background in the corproate real estate sector ideally with experience of the hospitality and hotel sectors
Candidates looking for a role offering career development prospects working for a successful and ambitions team would be well suited
