The role
The firm is seeking to hire a new Employment Partner to join its flagship office based in the heart of London's West End.
- The firm is seeking to hire a new partner for their flourishing employment department. This is due to growth and an influx of work causing the department to be very busy. You will work alongside two other employment partners who both deal with a broad palette of work.
- You will work with the other partners within the litigation and corporate departments to grow and drive the department forward, whilst overseeing and mentoring more junior members of the team.
- You will also be involved with business development activities ensuring that the department continues to go from strength to strength.
- You will deal with both contentious and non-contentious employment work, both for companies and individuals. The caseload will include but not be limited to; Settlement agreements, dismissals, restrictive covenants, senior executive, discrimination, disciplinary, restructuring, TUPE and corporate support.
About you
- You will be an Employment Solicitor with at least 8 years of PQE+

- You will have strong business acumen and have a track record of developing business
