Job Details

I am exclusively instructed by this award-winning national practice with an outstanding Leeds office, highly regarded for its entrepreneurial spirit and collegiate environment.

As a result of a need for succession planning, the Corporate team require a new, heavy-hitting senior corporate lawyer and seek an impressive Legal Director (or a lawyer at a similar level) looking for the right opportunity for Partner title. On this rare occasion, provided an individual can demonstrate the requisite experience in terms of client involvement and deal size, no following is needed.

This is a rare and fantastic opportunity to join this high-profile team, to work alongside existing Partners well known for their reputation and expertise in the market.

Join a team specialising in all aspects of corporate work including mergers and acquisitions (institutional clients and large corporates, through to smaller SMEs), disposals, MBOs, investments and private equity transactions (acting on behalf of institutional investors, founder shareholders, management teams etc), joint ventures and corporate governance.

If you are currently at an international or well-regarded national practice, this could be the opportunity for you. On offer is a generous financial package and a clear route through the partnership. Only those qualified in England & Wales will be considered.

To learn more about this exciting opportunity, please send your CV to Adele Callaghan or email for a return call to have a confidential discussion regarding this role.
